Tuesday night is usually my night for doing dinner and tonight was no exception. It was an easy one this week though because we had a fair bit of left over Bolognese sauce that only needed stretching out with a tin of tomatoes and some more mushrooms to feed the four of us.
Initially in my photo tonight I wanted to capture the way the pasta had fallen in the pot and made a pretty pattern, but because the water was bubbling away it didn't really look as good as I'd hoped. Instead I took this photo that I then cropped it in close to avoid showing the mess I'd made of the stove top... I think it looks alright anyway.
